The Huguenot Trail District of the Heart of Virginia Council is delighted to invite all to a Community Celebration for Bill and Heather Mulvihill to recognize and celebrate the longtime devotion and their many, many contributions to Scouting in Central VA.

Please join us at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at the Cub Adventure Camp Dining Hall for the celebration. The cost is $30 per person and donations are welcome and support the HOVC’s 2023 Friends of Scouting Campaign. A light meal will be provided.
