Free Rank Patches!
The Heart of Virginia Council is offering free rank badges in 2024 to units who fulfill the following criteria:
- Successfully complete Unit Renewal (including a Key 3 approval digital signature) no later than December 15th.
- Sell at least $400 (gross) in product (popcorn, peanuts, and/or Camp Cards).
- Schedule a FOS Family presentation at an appropriate unit event (Court of Honor, Blue and Gold Banquet, etc.). Contact your district executive to schedule the FOS presentation before the end of May.

Congratulations! Please note that you must contact the Scout Shop 24-hours advanced notice before picking-up your free rank patches. Orders, along with your Advancement Report, should be emailed to scoutshophovc@scouting.org.
