Meet Battlefield’s New District Executive – Issac Otero

Issac OteroThe Heart of Virginia Council is pleased to announce Issac Otero as the new Battlefield District Executive. His first official day will be Tuesday,  September 4th.

Issac is an Eagle Scout from Troop 65 located in Council Grove, Kansas. He just moved from New Mexico.  Issac recently graduated in April with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.  He worked three summers at Philmont Scout Ranch located in Cimarron, New Mexico.  Where he worked his way up to be an Assistant Warehouse Manager at the Tooth of Time Traders.  He spent his last two summers in Richmond selling pest control door-to-door to finance his studies.  Over the past two years, he has grown to love the Metro-Richmond area and is excited to help grow Scouting in the Battlefield District.  Please be sure to congratulate Issac when you meet him.
