Mark Larson NOESA Award 2022

Mark Larson Receives 2022 NOESA Award

The Outstanding Eagle Scout Award was established by the National Eagle Scout Association during the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America in 2010.

Popularly known by its acronym, “NOESA”, the award recognizes Eagle Scouts notable for their local, state, regional or national distinguished service who do not yet meet more stringent nomination requirements for the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award (DESA). Candidates for the NOESA have inspired others through their positive actions reflected by recognized accomplishments and devotion to their profession, avocation, community, and beliefs.

Rick Bragga and George McGovern were proud to award Mark Larson with the NOESA Award. Unsurprisingly, this is the second award Mr. Larson has received this year, having earned the 2022 Silver Antelope Award for distinguished, outstanding service to young people.

Congratulations, Mr. Larson, and thank you so very much for your exceptional service and contributions to Scouting, and for elevating the reputation of Eagle Scouts!
