Save Time with the Scout Shop Patch Sewing Service

The Heart of Virginia Council Scout Shop, located in the Leadership Center at 8090 Villa Park Drive, is offering a Patch Sewing Service to save you some time and frustration (especially if you don’t own a sewing machine and the thought of hand stitching or using Badge Magic on those patches makes you shudder).  We will sew any patches to your uniform or merit badge sash.

Patch Sewing Service Options

1. Order a new uniform shirt with the Heart of Virginia Council shoulder patch, World Crest Emblem, and World Crest Ring pre-sewn for your convenience.
   • Youth tan short-sleeved shirt: $59.10
   • Adult tan short-sleeved shirt: $69.10
   • Cub Scout blue short-sleeved shirt: $52.10
2. Request additional patches, such as Unit Numerals, Badges of Office, and even Merit Badge patches for $3.50 per patch.

How to Order

1. Visit us at 8090 Villa Park Drive!  You can bring your uniform shirt (or purchase a brand new shirt) and we’ll add the patches of your choice for you,
2. Call the Scout Shop at (804) 204-2638 and place your order.  We will get right to work and have your order:
   • available for you to pick-up at the Scout Shop, or
   • shipped to your address for $5.00
3. Use the Heart of Virginia Council’s Online Scout Shop to place your order.  We’ll get right to work and have your order:
   • available for you to pick-up at the Scout Shop, or
   • shipped to your address for $5.00
