Moustafa Abdalla is a Second Class Scout in Troop 794, chartered to Grace Community Baptist Church. Moustafa’s family is from Sudan. His parents fled war, violence, and persecution in their home country. The Scoutmaster of Troop 794, David Miller, says this about Moustafa: ‘Moustafa is an outstanding young man who brings a smile to everyone’s face with his natural humor and cheerfulness.’
