This year the Heart of Virginia Council Friends of Scouting Dinner pays tribute to two American heros, Col. James B. Hickey, US Army
(ret.) and Lt Jason Redman, USN, SEAL Officer. Paul Galanti will also be honored with the “Good Citizen Award”.

While commanding an assualt to capture an Al Qaeda leader, LT Redman and his team came unter heavy fire. Redman was severly wounded and has endured 35 operations in his recovery.
