The Trainer’s Edge is the required train-the-trainer course for Wood Badge, Commissioners’ College, NYLT staff and all other BSA training courses. The Course is highly beneficial for all leaders and trainers. WHAT

Trainer’s EDGE prepares leaders and trainers to deliver and to lead exciting and engaging high-impact content and to be more confident and better-prepared presenters in a wide variety of contexts. Content includes: the EDGE method, facilitated discussions, experiential learning, engaging all audience members, virtual training, physical arrangement, creating and using effective PowerPoint presentations, team building, verbal and non-verbal communication, reflection, constructive feedback, and much, much more!

Trainer’s EDGE is an experiential-based learning and sharing experience.

WHO

EDGE is required for all District and Council-level trainers, and is highly recommended for all leaders involved in Packs, Troops, Crews, Posts, Ships, Districts, and Heart of Virginia Council.

COST

$7.00. Bottled water and light refreshments are provided.  Bring your own lunch.
