Unit Popcorn & Peanut Orders
2025 Show & Sell Popcorn Orders – Show & Sell orders are due by 11:59 PM on Tuesdays to pick up on Wednesdays from 12 Noon – 2 PM. Log-in to the Camp Masters Popcorn website (at this LINK, go to the bottom of page to the green box on left marked “Councils, Units and Scouts Log in Here”). Once in your Dashboard, click on “New Unit Order” under the “Show & Sell Order” to place a popcorn order. If you are a Unit Leader and need access to the Camp Masters Popcorn system, click the “REGISTER YOUR UNIT” button above, or contact heather.dunton@scouting.org. 2025 Show & Sell Peanut Orders – Order Link Coming Soon! – Show & Sell orders are due before 12 Midnight on Tuesdays to pick up on Wednesdays from 12 Noon – 2 PM (Wednesday Pick-ups are from August 27–October 22). All peanut items ordered for Show & Sell are in FULL cases of 12 each. Orders can be picked up at the Heart of Virginia Council Service Center at 8090 Villa Park Drive in Henrico. Other times are available by appointment – email heather.dunton@scouting.org.

Popcorn Costume-Making Workshop — Saturday, September 6 from 9 AM – 12 Noon at the Council Leadership Center. Popcorn-Selling Units can make a fun popcorn costume to help promote their sale! UNIT TOP SELLER REPORTING – Due by November 11th at 11:59 PM. Please report your TOP THREE selling Scouts in your Unit, and ALL SCOUTS with sales of $2,000 or more HERE.
Camp Masters High Achiever Prize: If you have Scouts who sold $3,000 or more in POPCORN ONLY and qualify for the Camp Masters High Achiever Prize, please review that info HERE and then download and fill out the PRIZE FORM on the Camp Masters website, and email it to heather.dunton@scouting.org.
