Join us for hands-on service days at Camp T. Brady Saunders and Cub Adventure Camp, where your skills can make a real difference! We’re hosting several events designed to bring our community together and tackle important projects around our beautiful camps.  Please check here for a current listing of service event dates and details.

Partition Painting: Starting March 1st

We are making some upgrades to the bathrooms at the Cub Dining Hall.  If you have the skills, painters are needed to paint stall dividers.  You could help with this project on a weekend, weekday, or evening starting on March 1.   If you can paint, please contact Ranger James directly at 757-358-4321.

Floating Fishing Pier: March 8th

Our Floating Fishing Pier project is well underway. Two of the four floating sections have been framed and the floats placed. They actually float and are already in Lake Dillon! The remaining two floating sections need to be completed, and the decking and railing need to be attached.

        • Time: Morning: 8-9 AM Gathering
        • Work Sessions: 9 AM – 12 PM, Lunch Provided; Afternoon: 1:30-5 PM
        • What to Bring: BSA Medical parts A and B, work gloves, and any helpful tools.

Flush Fest: March 16th

For anyone who enjoys plumbing projects, your help is needed on Sunday, March 16th  at 10:00 AM to remove 6 toilets and replace the toilet supply valves. Meet at the Maintenance Building.

        • Time: 10:00 AM Meeting at the Maintenance Building
        • What to Bring: BSA Medical parts A and B, work gloves, and any helpful tools.
