12/29/25 p.m.: A fix has been tested and implemented. Parents who previously received this error and did not seek resolution at the Council-level are encouraged to attempt renewal again. If this error persists, press CTRL + SHIFT + R on your keyboard to force a system refresh and clear your browser data.
12/29/25 a.m.: Parents who receive this error when renewing their Scout should contact the Heart of Virginia Council Leadership Center at (804) 355-4306 and request a National Member Care ticket. Neither Scoutbook volunteers nor Commissioners are able to resolve this issue.
