Members Due to Renew – Quick Guide for Commissioners

Recruiting new families brings energy and growth to our units, but retaining the families we already have is just as important. Every Scout or leader who renews means one more person is continuing their journey in Scouting by building skills, friendships, and memories that last a lifetime. By regularly reviewing the Members Due to Renew report and following up with those whose memberships are about to expire, Commissioners help units maintain strong, healthy programs and ensure no one slips away simply because of a missed deadline.

Step 1: Log in

Step 2: Open Commissioner Tools

  • From the menu (☰ in the top left), select Commissioner Tools

Step 3: Access Reports

  • In the left-hand menu, click Roster
  • From the left-hand menu in Roster, select Reports
  • From the list of reports, select Members Due to Renew

Step 4: Review the Information

  • The report will display youth and adults whose memberships are coming due for renewal
  • You can filter results or export the list as a CSV (opens in Excel) or PDF
