These exciting events are your chance to support our local Scouts while enjoying unique experiences throughout the summer and fall.

Scout Night with the Tri-City Chili Peppers
Saturday, June 28th

The 3rd annual Family Scouting Night with the Chili Peppers is June 28th, at Shepherd Stadium in Colonial Heights. Join us for a fun night of baseball, entertainment and great food. Pick up your Chili Peppers patch at the gate. Stay for the post game fireworks show. Let’s make memories together this summer!

Scout Night at the Diamond with the Richmond Flying Squirrels
Friday, July 25th

Join us for a FUNN-filled evening at the Diamond watching the Flying Squirrels. Enjoy a post-game movie in the outfield and Kona Ice truck. $4 from each ticket supports Scouts here in the Heart of Virginia Council. Gates open at 5:30pm with the first pitch at 6:35pm.

Scout Summer Experience at the Richmond Raceway
Thursday, August 14th – Saturday, August 16th

Fulfil your need for speed at the Cook Out 400 NASCAR Cup Series! Scouts and their families are invited to enjoy a weekend at the Raceway, and camping at the Scout Village. The Summer Experience includes a commemorative patch and an exclusive track walk.

Scout Night with the Richmond Kickers
Saturday, September 20th

The Heart of Virginia Council, Scouting America strives to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law through outdoor experiences and leadership training. Whether you’re an Eagle Scout or you’ve never roasted a marshmallow, join the Scouts for a night out cheering on the Richmond Kickers!

$7 of every ticket sold goes to support local Scouting in Central Virginia!
