Labor Day Closure – September 2nd
The Heart of Virginia Council Leadership Center and Scout Shop will be CLOSED in observance of Labor Day on Saturday, August 31st and Monday, September 2nd. We will reopen with regular business hours on Tuesday, September 3rd.

The holiday is rooted in the late nineteenth century, when labor activists pushed for a federal holiday to recognize the many contributions workers have made to America’s strength, prosperity, and well-being.”
