FINAL PAYMENT DUE DEC. 20! Any outstanding balance after this date will incur a 10% late fee. You can access your invoice by logging into the Trails End system and then selecting REPORTS from the menu bar. When the screen returns, select UNIT INVOICE from the list provided. Payments can be made at the BSA Council Service Center at 4015 Fitzhugh Avenue, Richmond VA 23230. All PAYMENT & PRIZE ISSUES MUST BE SETTLED BY DEC. 20.

As we are approaching the last part of our sale, let me highlight a few VERY IMPORTANT items.
Thank you to everyone for such a fantastic sale! We are still compiling all the data, but this year looks to be record setting for per-boy sales! Customers have clearly shown that they are ready to support Scouting at higher levels, because they feel strongly about our Program!
So much so, that the demand for the Chocolate Lovers Collection ($50) was off the charts compared to previous years. Please read below regarding the delivery of the Chocolate Lovers Collection & this Saturday’s pickup. Attached is also a printable document of the announcement.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!
Scouts and Units from all around the country have been in full force conducting their popcorn sale this year. In fact, the Chocolate Lovers Collection – the highest retail priced item in the program – has doubled in sales vs. 2009, and far surpassed our projections.
This proves again and again, that in spite of the economy or other factors, customers want to support Scouting because they value the program!
Due to the surge in sales on this product, we are currently producing this one item as fast as possible, but the Chocolate Lovers Collection will Not Be available at the Nov. 20 pickup.
In order to rectify the situation, here is what Trails End & the Heart of Virginia Council is doing:
1. Chocolate Lovers Product may be available to be picked up as early as Thursday, Dec. 9
2. We can only ship to one location, and that will Kloke Warehouse, 1855 Boulevard West, Richmond 23230
3. For units that submitted their Take Order by the 11/08/2010 deadline, Kloke will be open for Chocolate Lovers pickup:
Dec. 9 – 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Dec. 10 – 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Dec. 11 – 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Units that submitted after the deadline must wait until the week of 12/13/2010 to pick up their Chocolate Lovers order. Their pick up will be at the Scout Service Center.
4. The Final Payment Due date will be pushed back to Dec. 20, to better accommodate you after the delay in getting product.
5. Every unit that placed an on time order that included the Chocolate Lovers Collection, for the Nov. 20 Pickup date, and pays their Balance Due to us by Dec. 20, will receive a $50 Wal-Mart gift card for the inconvenience. Once full payment has been received, the gift card will be mailed to the Primary Kernel of your Unit, to be used towards your Scouting program.
