Rivers covers the Northern Neck and Rappahannock area, including the counties of King William, King and Queen, Essex, Richmond, Lancaster, Westmoreland, Northumberland, and Middlesex. Membership Application Requirements
On March 8, 2012, The National Council Operations office clarified the registration process for membership in the BSA. There were no changes to what information is required for an application to be complete.
