The Trainer’s EDGE helps develop the skills of a trainer. It focuses on improving the participant’s training skills. The Trainer’s Edge is the required train-the-trainer course for Wood Badge, Commissioners’ College and NYLT staffs. The Course is highly beneficial for all trainers.
